Established to serve the Boonville Community, the Boonville Community Volunteer Fire Department (BFD) stands on commitment, professionalism, and volunteer service in Yadkin County, North Carolina. Operating as a 24-hour volunteer fire department, our team is supported by dedicated personnel who help ensure consistent emergency response coverage for our community.

Our members provide a comprehensive range of emergency services, including fire suppression, vehicle extrication, and emergency medical response. Through teamwork, training, and preparation, we remain ready to respond whenever we are needed.

Beyond emergency response, BFD is deeply committed to community engagement and education. We conduct fire safety and prevention programs at local schools, including Boonville Elementary School, and actively participate in community events to promote safety awareness and emergency preparedness.

Our operations extend throughout our designated fire district in and around Boonville, where we serve our neighbors with pride and dedication. The department is supported through a combination of local funding, service support, and grant assistance, allowing us to maintain equipment, training, and operational readiness.

Under the leadership of Chief Taylor and other officers, BFD continues to grow and adapt to meet the needs of our community while maintaining a strong tradition of volunteer service.

Our apparatus fleet includes a variety of response vehicles such as Engine 13, Engine 1302, Squad 13, Tanker 13, Tanker 1301, Brush 13 and 13 Truck. All maintained to ensure reliable and effective emergency response.

Our mission is clear: to reduce the loss of life and property through proactive fire prevention, rapid emergency response, and ongoing community education. We take great pride in serving the Boonville Community with professionalism, dedication, and teamwork.
